Desired Candidate Profile :

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 8 years in a dynamic business environment conducting analysis, requirements definition, and problem-solving. Preferably some experience with products and services reseller.
• Minimum 4 years of broad experience with Hybris Commerce version 6.7 and up.
• Minimum involvement in at least 1 full implementation or upgrades required.
• Operational knowledge of various development technologies used, debugging skills.

Skills Required :

• The Senior System Analyst should have knowledge of multiple business areas, concepts of process engineering and re-engineering, and also be familiar with database concepts, and client-server concepts.
• The Senior System Analyst should bring a thorough understanding of IT and business processes to the team as well as a strong background in various business systems.
• Regardless of the team assigned to, it is expected that all Senior System Analysts will pursue knowledge of the Hybris Commerce system since it is integral to the overall business flow.
• Experience with change management and project management as it relates to the functional team.
• Has participated in group project work sessions making major decisions regarding workflow, business analysis, package/vendor selection, implementation planning, and system testing.
• Strong organizational skills are necessary to meet objectives, develop project plans, report effectively, and manage the functional units participation in process improvement often meeting tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills are required for presentation, negotiation, and persuasion.
• The candidate should be a team player yet an aggressive self-starter and change agent who needs little supervision. This person should have a strong commitment to his/her career.
